Preferred Requirements:

• Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the aged care sector
• Hold a valid driver's license 
• Demonstrate a flexible schedule and availability to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Exhibit a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our elderly clients
• Embrace a collaborative approach and work effectively as part of a dedicated healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the aged care or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
