• Improve clinical governance, case reviews, and quality improvement processes to enhance the delivery of mental health services.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to the strategic planning and development of the headspace Mount Isa service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Mental Health Social Work
• AASW as a Mental Health professional or eligible
• Eligibility for a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Police Check
