Lead warehouse operations with a focus on organisation, accuracy and care.
Surematch Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager for our client. This role would suit an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys taking ownership, supporting a team and keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll oversee warehouse operations from end to end, including stock management, goods receiving, storage, order preparation and dispatch. The products are fragile and have specific handling requirements, so attention to detail and a careful, organised approach are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily warehouse operations and coordinating workloads.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and overseeing stocktakes.
• Ensuring products are received, stored, packed and dispatched carefully.
• Leading and supporting the team to meet quality and efficiency expectations.
• Identifying practical improvements to warehouse processes.
• Learning to operate the pad printer and overseeing product printing requirements.
• Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised workplace.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong stock management, planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling fragile items.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to take responsibility.
• Clear communication skills and a friendly, bubbly, positive attitude.
• Reliability, efficiency and a willingness to learn new products and processes.

Approximately one month of training will be provided to help you learn the products, handling requirements and pad printing process. Candidates who live locally are encouraged to apply.
