Warehouse Supervisor

Help keep a busy warehouse organised and support the team's daily workflow.
Surematch Recruitment is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our client. This role would suit someone with warehouse experience who enjoys coordinating daily tasks, supporting colleagues and ensuring work is completed accurately.
You'll help oversee warehouse activities from receiving goods through to dispatch, while taking an active role in stock management and product handling. As the items are fragile and require specific care, we're looking for someone who is thorough, organised and attentive to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily warehouse tasks and supporting the team.
• Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stocktakes.
• Checking orders and ensuring items are carefully packed and dispatched.
• Monitoring product handling and helping maintain quality standards.
• Learning to operate the pad printer and completing printing tasks.
• Reporting stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organised.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally with some team coordination or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to fragile products.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• The ability to work efficiently and help others stay on track.
• A friendly, bubbly, positive attitude and clear communication skills.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn.

Approximately one month of training will be provided in the products, handling requirements and pad printing process. Candidates who live locally are encouraged to apply.
